Mental health information online tends to split into two useless extremes: clinical material written for professionals, and marketing dressed up as advice. Someone who has just been handed an unfamiliar word by a doctor, or a denial letter by an insurer, is served by neither.
We write for that person. Plain explanations of how things actually work, with the specific details that matter — the deadline, the form, the question nobody warned you about.
